The second day of the 2010 Aussie Millions Main Event was divided between the Studio 3 where film crews are taking their footage on the action to air the event on TV and to the Crown Poker Room.

The player with the leading poker chips in the day was Pierre Aoukar though it was David Frieling would close the day holding more than 500,000 chips. This main event draws 746 entrants on the first day that pull up a total of $7.46 million AUD prize pool. The first place will take home $2 million AUD. The second day started only with 294 aspiring players and ended with only 85 left. They will receive their cash prize after the 73rd player is sent home.

Annette Obrestad, Andrew Feldman, Neil Channing, Barry Greenstein, J.P. Kelly, Ben Delaney, Steve Topakas, and Van Marcus are among the top poker players with most chips are lucky to return to play on Day 3.

2010 Aussie Millions was not the only main event running on the same day but also the Australian Heads up Championship and the Team Events remains ongoing. Andrew Lichtenberger, Barry Woods, Martin Gudvangen, Vanessa Selbst, Brian Roberts, Andrew Seidman, Kyle McMurphy and Darren Woods are the fortunate players to continue the game for the Australian Heads-Up Championship.
