Well, if you’ve already evaluate everything and there’s nothing wrong then maybe you can blame your losing to bad luck.

This strategy will surely improve the way you play your game and of course keep your mind off from bad things happening to your hand while looking for the source of mistake. It will be easier to keep yourself in being calm if your being analytical than looking for someone who you can blame and stew over.
